Six-pack abs and maintaining a toned body is what all new comers are expected to do. But Ranbir Kapoor will not flaunt his macho look, but just a plain lean look in Saawariya. That’s how Sanjay wants his hero to look like.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saawariya will mark the debut of two of the biggest star kids of Bollywood in Ranbir Kapoor (Rishi-Neetu) and Sonam Kapoor (Anil Kapoor). However, unlike the case with several star sons, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali had specifically asked Ranbir to not work on his physique so that he could sport a lean look in the film.

A source says, “We have seen so many newcomers who hit the gym and try to work on their bodies and flaunt it with tight T-shirts. However, Ranbir was rather surprised when Bhansali gave him a brief to go easy on his fitness regime. He told Ranbir to stick to a lean look, with a physique like a blue-collar worker. That’s why you will not see Ranbir flexing his muscles in the film.
